We’ve Upgraded Our Onboarding Program to Better Support New Employees

Welcome Phase

Pre-Employment

Employee receives job offer and welcome email including login credentials & an invite to training and instructions on how to setup their equipment.

Training Phase

Days 1-5

Ambassador welcomes the new hire and talks about what to expect during the training process. They check-in on three occasions during the training process.

Nesting Phase

Days 6-10

The employee meets their Supervisor and the Ambassador is in contact early to make sure the first day goes smoothly.

Production Phase

Days 10-30

The Supervisor now meets with the employee daily while the Ambassador stays in contact with the employee biweekly throughout production.
